1Section 2 of New Brunswick Regulation 83-199 under the Motor Vehicle Act is amended in the definition “qualified technician” by striking out “Minister” and substituting “Minister of Transportation and Infrastructure”.

2This Regulation comes into force on July 31, 2015.
