1Paragraph 4(3)(r.1) of New Brunswick Regulation 2001-89 under the Assessment and Planning Appeal Board Act is repealed and the following is substituted:
(r.1) the regional municipality of Tracadie continued under the Regional Municipality of Tracadie Regulation - Municipalities Act, the territorial limits of which are set out under that regulation,
