1Section 3 of New Brunswick Regulation 97-127 under the Mental Health Services Act is amended
(a) in subsection (1)
(i) by repealing paragraph (g);
(ii) in paragraph (h) by striking out the period at the end of the paragraph and substituting a semicolon;
(iii) by adding after paragraph (h) the following:
(h.1) New Brunswick Mental Health Activity Centre Association.
(b) in subsection (2)
(i) in paragraph (f) by striking out the semicolon at the end of the paragraph and substituting a period;
(ii) by repealing paragraph (g).
2Section 6 of the Regulation is repealed and the following is substituted:
6Members of the Committee are entitled to be reimbursed for accommodation, meal and travel expenses reasonably incurred by them in the performance of their duties in accordance with the Board of Management travel policy guidelines, as amended.
