1Schedule B of New Brunswick Regulation 2005-30 under the Queen’s Printer Act is amended by striking out “notice under the Quieting of Titles Act” and substituting “notice under Rule 70 of the Rules of Court”.

2This Regulation comes into force on November 1, 2014.
