1Subsection 4(2) of New Brunswick Regulation 84-133 under the Fish and Wildlife Act is amended by striking out “the twentieth day in September” and substituting “the Saturday before the last full week of September”.
2Subsection 5(4) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “the twentieth day in September” and substituting “the Saturday before the last full week of September”.
3Subsection 11(1) of the Regulation is amended
(a) in paragraph (c) by striking out “the twentieth day in September” and substituting “the Saturday before the last full week of September”;
(b) in paragraph (c.1) by striking out “the twentieth day in September” and substituting “the Saturday before the last full week of September”.
