REGULATION 2014-69

Municipalities Act

1Paragraph 19(m) of New Brunswick Regulation 84-168 under the Municipalities Act is repealed and the following is substituted:
(m) that area of Westmorland County known as Pointe-du-Chêne in the parish of Shediac that is shown on the attached Schedule 19(m) for fire protection, garbage and refuse collection and disposal, street lighting and community services;
2The Regulation is amended by adding the attached Schedule 19(m) in alphanumeric order.
3This Regulation comes into force on July 1, 2014.
