1Section 3 of New Brunswick Regulation 84-20 under the Medical Services Payment Act is amended
(a) in subsection (4)
(i) by repealing paragraph (a) and substituting the following:
(a) for the purpose of a business engagement but not when the period of absence exceeds 182 days in a 12 month period,
(ii) by adding after paragraph (a) the following:
(a.1) for the purpose of a vacation or visit but not when the period of absence exceeds 212 days in a 12 month period, or
(b) in subsection (5) by striking out “paragraph (4)(a) or (b)” and substituting “paragraph (4)(a), (a.1) or (b)”.
