1Subsection 4(2) of New Brunswick Regulation 2001-89 under the Assessment and Planning Appeal Board Act is amended
(a) by repealing paragraph (j);
(b) in paragraph (w) by striking out “and” at the end of the paragraph;
(c) in paragraph (x) by striking out the period at the end of the paragraph and substituting “, and”;
(d) by adding after paragraph (x) the following:
(y) the rural community of Cocagne established under the Rural Community of Cocagne Regulation - Municipalities Act, the territorial limits of which are set out under that regulation.
2This Regulation comes into force on May 23, 2014.
