REGULATION 2014-44

Municipalities Act

Filed March 28, 2014

1Paragraph 10(d) of New Brunswick Regulation 84-168 under the Municipalities Act is amended by striking out “the local service district of Cocagne” and substituting “the rural community of Cocagne”.

2Paragraph 10.1(a) of the Regulation is repealed.

3This Regulation comes into force on May 23, 2014.
