NEW BRUNSWICK
REGULATION 2014-3

Highway Corporation Act

1Paragraph 10(1)(c) of New Brunswick Regulation 2009-156 under the New Brunswick Highway Corporation Act is repealed and the following is substituted:
(c) for any other work,
(i) if the work is placed above or on ground level, $2,500 for each kilometre or part of a kilometre of a highway along or across which the work extends,
(ii) if a cable or line is installed underground, $250 for each kilometre or part of a kilometre of a highway along or across which the cable or line extends, and
(iii) if a pipe, main, aqueduct or sewer line is installed underground, the greater of
(A) $250 for each kilometre or part of a kilometre of the highway along or across which the pipe, main, aqueduct or sewer line extends, or
(B) $2,500.
