1Subsection 3(1) of New Brunswick Regulation 80-159 under the Community Planning Act is repealed and the following is substituted:
3(1)Subject to subsection (2), this Regulation applies throughout the Province, exclusive of the local service district of White Head Island and the local service district of the parish of West Isles.
