REGULATION 2014-109

1Section 2 of New Brunswick Regulation 2002-45 under the Community Planning Act is amended by repealing the definition “Code” and substituting the following:
“Code” means the National Building Code of Canada 2010, with the exception of section 3.8, which is replaced by the Barrier-Free Design Building Code Regulation - Community Planning Act.(Code)
2 Section 5 of the Regulation is amended by striking out “2005” and substituting “2010”.
3This Regulation comes into force on January 1, 2015.
