1Subsection 2(1) of New Brunswick Regulation 84-79 under the Coroners Act is amended
(a) in paragraph (a) by striking out “Table of Witness Fees Regulation - Summary Convictions Act” wherever it appears and substituting “Table of Witness Fees Regulation-Provincial Offences Procedure Act”;
(b) in paragraph (g) by striking out “Table of Witness Fees Regulation - Summary Convictions Act” wherever it appears and substituting “Table of Witness Fees Regulation-Provincial Offences Procedure Act”.
