1Subsection 4(1) of New Brunswick Regulation 2005-138 under the Fish and Wildlife Act is repealed and the following is substituted:
4(1)The procedure to be used by a qualified technician in the analysis or examination of a portion of meat, tissue or body fluid of any species of wildlife or fish shall be one or more of the following:
(a) Mitochondrial DNA Sequencing;
(b) DNA Genotyping; or
(c) Gender Typing of Mammals using Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR).
