NEW BRUNSWICK
REGULATION 2012-91
under the
Regional Service Delivery Act
(O.C. 2012-326)
Filed October 18, 2012
Under section 37 of the Regional Service Delivery Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council makes the following Regulation:
Citation
1This Regulation may be cited as the Region Boundaries Regulation - Regional Service Delivery Act.
Definition of “Act”
2In this Regulation, “Act” means the Regional Service Delivery Act.
Regions
3For the purposes of subsection 2(1) of the Act, the regions are described and identified in Schedule A.
Commissions
4For the purposes of subsection 3(1) of the Act, the following commissions are described and identified:
(a) a Commission for region 1 to be known as Regional Service Commission 1;
(b) a Commission for region 2 to be known as Regional Service Commission 2;
(c) a Commission for region 3 to be known as Regional Service Commission 3;
(d) a Commission for region 4 to be known as Regional Service Commission 4;
(e) a Commission for region 5 to be known as Regional Service Commission 5;
(f) a Commission for region 6 to be known as Regional Service Commission 6;
(g) a Commission for region 7 to be known as Regional Service Commission 7;
(h) a Commission for region 8 to be known as Regional Service Commission 8;
(i) a Commission for region 9 to be known as Regional Service Commission 9;
(j) a Commission for region 10 to be known as Regional Service Commission 10;
(k) a Commission for region 11 to be known as Regional Service Commission 11; and
(l) a Commission for region 12 to be known as Regional Service Commission 12.
