1Section 13 of New Brunswick Regulation 87-97 under the Clean Environment Act is amended
(a) in subsection (1) by striking out “two hundred dollars” and substituting “$220”;
(b) in subsection (1.1) by striking out “five hundred dollars” and substituting “$550”;
(c) in subsection (2) by striking out “fifty dollars” and substituting “$55”;
(d) in subsection (3) by striking out “two thousand dollars” and substituting “$2,200”;
(e) in subsection (4) by striking out “fifty dollars” and substituting “$55”;
(f) in subsection (5.1) by striking out “fifty dollars” and substituting “$55”.
2Subsection 36(7) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “one hundred dollars” and substituting “$110”.
3This Regulation comes into force on April 1, 2012.
