(a) in paragraph (a) by striking out “2005” and substituting “2010”;
(b) in paragraph (b) by striking out “2007” and substituting “2010”;
(c) in paragraph (c) by striking out “2005” and substituting “2010”;
(d) in paragraph (d) by striking out “2007” and substituting “2010”;
(e) paragraph (e) by striking out “2007” and substituting “2010”;
(f) in paragraph (f) by striking out “2005” and substituting “2010”;
(g) in paragraph (g) by striking out “2007” and substituting “2010”;
(h) in paragraph (h) by striking out “2007” and substituting “2010”;
(i) in paragraph (j) by striking out “2007” and substituting “2011”;
