Scalers Act

1New Brunswick Regulation 83-190 under the Scalers Act is amended by adding after section 5 the following:
FEES
5.1(1)For the purposes of subsection 7(1) of the Act, the fee for the issuance of a scaler’s license is $50.
5.1(2)For the purposes of section 7.1 of the Act, the fee for the renewal of a scaler’s license is $50.
2The heading “EXAMINATION FEE” preceding section 6 of the Regulation is repealed.
3Section 6 of the Regulation is repealed.
4This Regulation comes into force on September 1, 2011.
