1Subparagraph 2.(b)(ii) of the English version of Form B-2 of New Brunswick Regulation 84-11 under the Expropriation Act is amended by striking out “in accordance with the decision of the Court should the matter be referred to the Board for its decision” and substituting “in accordance with the decision of the Court should the matter be referred to the Court for its decision”.
2Paragraph 3.(a) of Form B-3 of the Regulation is amended by striking out “the Expropriations Advisory Officer” and substituting “the Court”.
