1Subsection 3.3(2) of New Brunswick Regulation 82-197 under the Economic Development Act is amended in the portion following paragraph (c) by striking out “one hundred thousand dollars” and substituting “$500,000”.
2Section 3.5 of the Regulation is amended by striking out the portion preceding paragraph (a) and substituting the following:
3.5Where an application for financial assistance is made under the Small Business Loan Guarantee Program or the NB Growth Program, the Minister is not required to refer the application to the New Brunswick Industrial Development Board and may, notwithstanding subsection 3.3(1), grant financial assistance under subsection 3(1) of the Act in accordance with the Small Business Loan Guarantee Program or the NB Growth Program, as the case may be,
