1Schedule A of New Brunswick Regulation 94-88 under the Highway Act is amended
(a) by repealing the heading “Route 110 in Florenceville” preceding section 15 and substituting the following:
Route 110 in Florenceville-Bristol
(b) by repealing section 15 and substituting the following:
15All those portions of Route 110 located in Florenceville-Bristol, Peel Parish, Carleton County, designated as a level III controlled access highway and being more particularly bounded and described as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the centre lines of the travelled portions of Route 110 and Route 103; thence in a westerly direction along the centre line of Route 110 to the intersection of the centre lines of the travelled portions of Route 110 and Route 130 an approximate distance of 2.650 kilometres, including all existing and future interchange or at grade intersection ramps and on and off lanes including tapers on all connecting highways.
(c) by repealing the heading “Route 130 - Florenceville” preceding section 16 and substituting the following:
Route 130 - Florenceville-Bristol
