1Section 18 of New Brunswick Regulation 84-176 under the Boiler and Pressure Vessel Act is amended by adding after subsection (1) the following:
18(1.1)Despite paragraph (1)(a), a person who is at least sixteen years of age may be a candidate for a Class PPO-2 Propane Plant Operator Licence.
