REGULATION 2009-98

Days of Rest Act

Filed September 1, 2009
1Subsection 3(1) of New Brunswick Regulation 85-149 under the Days of Rest Act is amended by adding after paragraph (c.2) the following:
(c.3) the operation of retail businesses by the New Brunswick Liquor Corporation;
2Schedule A of the Regulation is amended by repealing paragraph (a.1).
