that area of York County known as the local service district of Hanwell in the parish of Kingsclear that is shown on the attached Schedule 20(q) for fire protection, community services and recreational and sports facilities, and for the additional service of street lighting in the following portions of the local service district:
(i)
that portion of the area known as Birchwood Estates Subdivision and shown in Inset 1 of the Schedule;
(ii)
that portion of the area known as Brookdale Subdivision and shown in Inset 2 of the Schedule;
(iii)
those portions of the area known as Star-Lite Village and Somerset Park and shown in Inset 3 of the Schedule.
