1The heading preceding section 4 of New Brunswick Regulation 2002-27 under the Regional Health Authorities Act is repealed and the following is substituted:
Appointment to board
2Section 4 of the Regulation is repealed and the following is substituted:
4Where one or more religious orders owns, in whole or in part, hospital facilities that are operated by a regional health authority, one of the persons appointed to the board shall be from names submitted by the religious orders.
3Section 5 of the Regulation is repealed.
