Metric Conversion Act

1Section 2 of New Brunswick Regulation 90-128 under the Metric Conversion Act is repealed and following is substituted:
2The Lieutenant-Governor in Council designates the National Building Code of Canada 2005 and any amendments made to such code as the code referred to in any reference to the National Building Code of Canada contained in any building by-law under the Community Planning Act.
2This Regulation comes into force October 1, 2009.
