REGULATION 2009-61

1Section 11 of New Brunswick Regulation 94-47 under the Fish and Wildlife Act is amended
(a) by repealing subsection (1) and substituting the following:
11(1)The fee to purchase a resident moose licence or a designated resident moose licence is
(a) for persons who at the time of purchase are under 65 years of age, $72, and
(b) for persons who at the time of purchase are 65 years of age or over, $37.
(b) by repealing subsection (2) and substituting the following:
11(2)The fee to purchase a non-resident moose licence is $548.
2(1)Paragraph 1(a) of this Regulation comes into force on June 1, 2009.
2(2)Paragraph 1(b) of this Regulation comes into force on January 1, 2010.
