Liquor Control Act

1Section 3 of New Brunswick Regulation 89-167 under the Liquor Control Act is amended
(a) in paragraph (d) by striking out “$20.00” and substituting “$30.00”;
(b) in paragraph (e) by striking out “$45.00” and substituting “$65.00”;
(c) in subparagraph (g)(ii) by striking out “$575.00” and substituting “$850.00”;
(d) in subparagraph (j)(ii) by striking out “$550.00” and substituting “$850.00”;
(e) in paragraph (k) by repealing “or catering licence”;
(f) by adding after paragraph (k) the following:
(k.1)for a catering licence
$175.00
(g) by repealing paragraph (l) and substituting the following:
(l) for a licence to provide live entertainment in licensed premises under section 63.01 of the Act
(i)if the live entertainment involves a performance, contest, act or activity that includes the removal of any piece or article of clothing at any stage thereof, or involves a particular state of undress for the performance, contest, act or activity itself, by either male or female performers and including but not restricted to striptease dancers, go-go dancers, exotic dancers, models, impersonators, wet clothing contests, best body parts contests, and bands, singers or musicians
$750.00
 
(ii)if the live entertainment does not involve any of the performances, contests, acts or activities referred to in subparagraph (i)
$75.00
(h) by repealing paragraph (m) and substituting the following:
(m)for a special events licence, per day
$100.00

2This Regulation comes into force on April 1, 2009.
