REGULATION 2009-33
under the
Motor Vehicle Act
(O.C. 2009-108)
Filed March 25, 2009
1Section 15 of New Brunswick Regulation 83-42 under the Motor Vehicle Act is amended
(a) by repealing subsection (8) and substituting the following:
15(8)The annual fee for a driver’s licence of any class shall be $20.
(b) in subsection (10) by striking out “$15.00” and substituting “$20”.
2Appendix G of the Regulation is repealed and the attached Appendix G is substituted.
3Appendix I of the Regulation is repealed and the attached Appendix I is substituted.
4This Regulation comes into force on April 1, 2009.
