Under section 30 of the Fire Prevention Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council makes the following Regulation:
Citation
1This Regulation may be cited as the Plan Review Fees Regulation - Fire Prevention Act.
Definition of “Act”
2In this Regulation, “Act” means the Fire Prevention Act.
Fees
3The fee for the review of a plan under section 18 or 19 of the Act is $100 per hour or any part of an hour, with a minimum charge of $100.
Commencement
4This Regulation comes into force on April 1, 2009.
