1Section 2 of New Brunswick Regulation 2004-132 under the Provincial Court Act is amended in the definition “stenographer” by striking out “appointed under subsection 4(1) of the Recording of Evidence by Sound Recording Machine Act or a court reporter appointed under section 2 of the Court Reporters Act” and substituting “appointed as a stenographer under section 15 of the Recording of Evidence Act”.
2This Regulation comes into force on December 1, 2009.
