REGULATION 2009-102
under the
Expropriation Act

1Form 2 of New Brunswick Regulation 84-16 under the Expropriation Act is amended
(a) in section 3 by striking out “295 St. Pierre Boulevard West, P.O. Box 297, Caraquet, N.B., E0B 1K0” and substituting “246 J.D. Gauthier Boulevard, Shippagan, N.B., E8S 1P9”;
(b) by repealing section 4 and substituting the following:
4Unless the Lieutenant-Governor in Council orders otherwise under subsection 10(2) of the Expropriation Act, a hearing under the provisions of that Act will be held upon the filing of objections.
2Form 3 of the Regulation is amended
(a) in section 2 by striking out “295 St. Pierre Boulevard West, P.O. Box 297, Caraquet, N.B., E0B 1K0” and substituting “246 J.D. Gauthier Boulevard, Shippagan, N.B., E8S 1P9”;
(b) by repealing section 3 and substituting the following:
