1Paragraph 7(2)(e) of New Brunswick Regulation 97-143 under the Highway Act is repealed and the following is substituted:
(e) pertaining to accommodation that has not received a “New Brunswick Approved Accommodation” certificate issued by the Minister of Tourism and Parks,
2This Regulation comes into force on December 2, 2008.
