REGULATION 2001-24
under the
Education Act
(O.C. 2001-146)
Filed March 30, 2001
Under section 57 of the Education Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister, makes the following Regulation:
Citation
1This Regulation may be cited as the School Districts and Subdistricts Regulation - Education Act.
School districts
2The Province is divided into school districts as set out in Schedule A.
Subdistricts
3School districts are divided into subdistricts as set out in Schedule A.
Community names
4The community names listed in Schedule A are
(a) in the case of municipalities continued or created under the Municipalities Act, the municipality names identified in New Brunswick Regulation 85-6 under the Municipalities Act,
(b) in the case of the municipality created under the Edmundston Act, 1998, the municipality name identified in that Act, and
(c) in all other cases, the community names identified in the assignment of civic addresses under the Emergency 911 Act and the regulations under that Act.
